This iMee Club User Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs your usage of our services (“Services”) including iMee Club App. You are one party and the other party is iMee Club or one of its affiliates (“we” or “iMee Club”), a company with its registered address at Rm 1002 10/F EASEY COML BLDG 253-261 HENNESSY RD Wan Chai, HK. For the purposes of this Agreement, you and iMee Club will be jointly referred to as the “Parties” and respectively as a “Party”.
When using the Services, you are subject to iMee Club's Privacy Policy, Child Safety Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Services. Paid services are subject to any additional terms disclosed in connection with such services.
By using our Services or clicking "Sign Up", you agree to all terms of this Agreement. We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and the latest version is always accessible on About us > User Agreement. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
The Services are not for anyone under 18. You must:
You are responsible for your iMee Club account and password. All actions through your account are your responsibility.
We do not accept users from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimean region.
You may create, post, transmit, or store content such as messages, text, sound, images, and more (“User Content”). iMee Club may overlay music, stickers, and virtual items onto User Content. Views expressed by other users do not reflect iMee Club's views.
We show ads, offers, and sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services from businesses using iMee Club.
We use teams and technical systems to detect misuse or harmful conduct, and may remove content or restrict accounts as needed.
You must provide valid registration info. Keep your account and password confidential. Third-party logins are subject to that third-party’s privacy policy. iMee Club can disable accounts violating these terms. You can request account deletion via the app or by contacting service@iMeeClub.com.

iMee Club is not responsible for User Content or any loss arising from it. You are responsible for backups of your content.
Virtual Diamonds, Gifts, and Coins can only be used by users 18 or older. Prices are displayed at purchase. Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods. Payments are processed in USD unless otherwise offered. You may need to provide personal data for payment processing. Contact service@iMeeClub.com for payment issues.
All content in the Services is property of iMee Club. Uploading content grants iMee Club a free, permanent, irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content.
iMee Club may terminate your license or access to the Services at any time for violations, misuse, or technical/business reasons. Your remedy for dissatisfaction is to terminate your account.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. iMee Club is not liable for errors, interruptions, or external links. Force majeure events are beyond iMee Club’s responsibility.
This Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes are resolved via arbitration at the Hong Kong Arbitration Centre, under HKIAC rules. The seat and language of arbitration are Hong Kong and English, respectively.
Requests for information related to legal proceedings must be properly served using appropriate legal process to iMee Club. Contact service@iMeeClub.com for guidance.
We may amend the terms for regulatory or service updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining provisions. Headings are for convenience and not legally binding.
